PCM Contracting as one of the south east's most reliable Highways Contractor, Utilities Contractor and Civils Contractor have completed footway amendments as part of a developers s278 agreement, for their development in Dover.

PCM completed the works in 2 weeks, in a very difficult junction in Ripple, Dover.
